I am participating at the Second International Spring Institute organized by the Faculté des Lettres et des Sciences Humaines Fès Sais, from May 10th to May 16th. The conference is hosted by the Université Sidi Mohammed Ben Abella Fès in collaboration with L’Ecole de Travail Social de l’Université de Moncton (Canada). The second edition of the Spring Institute is entitled “Social work in face of open cooperation and closed cooperation: theoretical issues and practical perspectives”.
There are some presentation on cooperation for development and social work. It is specially interesting the use of evidence-based clearinghouses in social work. My contribution is a reflection on international migration and social and community intervention.
The Spring Institute also pretends “to foster colaboration among universities”, and we will debating on some opportunities for cooperation projects.
