  • 2009 (July) - today: "Catedrático de Universidad" (Full Professor) at the Department of Electronics and Electromagnetism, Physics School, Seville (Spain).
     
  • 1990-2009 (July): "Profesor Titular de Universidad" (Associate Professor, tenured position) at the Department of Electronics and Electromagnetism, Physics School, Seville (Spain).
     
  • 1986-1990: Tenure track position as "Profesor Ayudante de Clases Prácticas" and "Profesor Titular Interino" at the Department of Electronics and Electromagnetism, Physics School, Seville (Spain).
     
  • 1986-1987: Post Doc Research Scholarship (Spanish Ministry of Science and Education and French Ministry of Research and Technology). Laboratoire de Microondes, ENSEEIHT, INP de Toulouse (France) with Prof. Dr. Henri Baudrand. Doctor (Ph.D.) degree in September, 1987 (Physics).
     
  • 1983-1985: Ph.D. student with a Research Scholarship from Spanish Ministry of Science and Education. Department of Electronics and Electromagnetism, Physics Faculty, Seville (Spain).
     
  • 1977-1982: "Licenciado" degree in Physics (branch: Electronics) with honors (M.Sc. without M.Sc. Thesis). Universidad de Sevilla (Seville, Spain).
    During 1982 he was "Becario de Colaboración" (a scholarship for initiation to research) at the Department of Electronics and Electromagnetism, Physics Faculty, Seville (Spain).
